Overall my experience with Pennymac was very good! They did a great job getting everything done on time which is huge when you’re buying a house! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! There were a few times when we received a few documents and weren’t sure why but when we called they took the time to explain them. I would use them again for a loan and recommend them as well! Sandra and John were both friendly and always called back when you called them. Thank you Pennymac!

The loan officer had too many loan he was trying to process by himself. He would not reply or was slow to reply to email. He never answered calls so I left messages and he would call the next day sometimes. The assistant was ok and very helpful but it appeared he was still learning what to do. He did however take our concern to a supervisor who handled our concerns immediately.
