Pennymac very professional and I'm so happy with pennymac
It was okay.
Working with Mariely was a pleasure. She responded promptly to all of my questions with knowledgeable answers. When I had an issue that required my loan officer, she set up the communication the same day. I admire her professionalism and attention to details.
The processes from start to finish were very easy and well explained. PennyMac as whole is a very easy mortgage company to work with. I have already recommended a few of my Army buddies to look into refinancing with you.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Answered all of my questions and made the process very easy.
Estimates for monthly payment at the beginning of the process were way off. The information that was incorrectly estimated by penny Mac agents up front (property taxes) is public information that anyone can look up so I was not expecting they were using a number hundreds of percent lower than the real figure. This made the process up front seem misleading.
The loan process was disappointing. I did not know until closing that I could have picked a local title company. I had a couple questions before closing for the loan officer and she never called me back. My mortgage was with Penny Mac prior to the new loan. Penny Mac had just paid my flood insurance and liability insurance for a year. The loan processors had my liability insurance and told me they would get my flood insurance fromPenny Mac. A week later they sent me notification I never sup
If my loan advisor would’ve accurately communicated with me through the process the closing cost and properly explained rather than me having to call and talk to a random pennymac loan advisor and find out that I even had a closing cost the day prior to closing. The closing date changed three times and every time documents were requested from me that without a doubt should’ve been requested at the beginning of the process. Their were so many issues theirs not enough space to write it all.
