My refinance was so easy! The PennyMac Team kept me in the loop of every step and called just to let me know things were still going as expected. This process was Great thanks to Nathan! He was very informative and answered all of my questions clearly!
Great communication
There were hiccups along the way. There's 1 thing not absolutely clear, but that's not directly a matter of the refinancing. Denny was usually very quick to reply. He got our questions answered as well as possible from his end. When the paperwork was initially not correct (as discovered only after the notary got here) he got it fixed. Someone else at PennyMac said it was fine, but he knew better and took the right action. The ratings on this survey did not work when clicked. I rate 4 stars.
