I tried Amerisave and after close to 90 days I told them to close my load and figured I would just call who my loan was with. It was a 1000 percent better than Amerisave. If i were Penney Mac i would start by contacting your current loans you have on the books and it would keep them from calling your competitor due to the radio ads.
Surprised at how customer-focused PennyMac was. I got updates through call and email throughout whether they needed something from me or not. Very pleasant experience.
Review the letter I sent. The entire experience was horrible. No communication, no one took ownership of my loan process.
