Both Patricia and Leticia were outstanding. As a team they made this one of the easiest experiences that I have ever had getting a mortgage and closing. I can not say enough great things for how Leticia handled the process - Outstanding!!! I will tell my friends about PennyMac and the great experience that I experienced.

Anna was not communicative and my agent and I sent her many emails she didn’t reply to. Not until 1 week before we were supposed to close did we find out that our close date was in jeopardy and that was by going to the loan officer, who has been excellent (Arin Baghermian). Arin got me to Anna’s manager, Stephen Cadigan, who was able to rush everything and make our close date happen. He basically performed a miracle where Anna had said she had done everything she could.

The friendly, helpful input by the people at PennyMac to be sure I was getting what I was needing. I was looking for answers as to what do I want to do; refinance my home loan or keep the loan I already had, reverse mortgage, or what other choices would be of help to me. I have a hard time reaching my agent Alex. I emailed him, called him and left message but he doesn’t return calls until I email him twice. I even speak with his secretary or coworker asking for a call back. He never told me I had to paid a 1.67% point to get the 2.99% rate. I’m ok with paying the extra 3 grand for it. But he should have disclosed that information to me. I do like Tracy. She was patience and honest with me. Answered all my questions and concerns.

This process was not as smooth as what I experienced at Quicken but the price was lower so I stuck with Penny Mac.

This process was simple and easy. Our loan officer walked us right through the entire process. We even closed 19 days before the estimated closing date. Thanks to this great team of workers who did what they were supposed to do and making this easy and hassle free for us.
