Everything went well but was told wouldnt have mortgage payment ffor july and august but you took out payment from old mortgage for july becuase other branches didnt have all the information tryed to continue direct payment like old mortgage but cant do until new loan acct # shows up in your direct payment office other than that everyone was great and very polite and professional thank you

Our loan officer was great but when it got to the loan processor it’s like we’d dropped off the radar. We couldn’t get in contact with him to have questions answered, we made mistakes because we couldn’t get the information we needed. Each time we called PennyMac we got someone different person. After many, many, many phone calls we were able to get the loan processors manager and he was able to help us.
