I had a rough start with PennyMac trying to refinance my mortgage. It took multiple times calling to get anyone to get back to me. My luck changed when I called and Rodney answered and was able to get the ball rolling. Once my loan application was transferred to Nick (Brian) it went very smoothly. He communicated with me regularly and explained the process very thoroughly. He is definitely an asset to PennyMac! Thank you Nick for your professionalism and always positive attitude!

Had the pleasure of working with Tabitha and Andrew (Drew) and others during the re-finance process. I had an issue with the closing numbers and this was corrected immediately. Great follow-up and communication by Pennymac. Also, impressed with the 'traveling Notary' which made the closing convenient. Tabitha and Drew are consummate professionals and wouldn't hesitate to work with them and Pennymac again!
