I did not get acopy of final closing date documents 3 day earlier, which by law we suppose to get it. Unit that day I did not even know what I am signing.These are not the same estimate which my application got processed. Anyway I did signed.But i was not feeling happy at all.
The whole process was smooth, everyone was friendly and helpful, and we closed over two weeks earlier than we anticipated!
Erica was truly awesome.
George Reid was not excellent. He was EXEMPLARY!!! The notary was the only part of the process that was not competent. She had my name already written on some documents incorrectly and I had to give her my copies after writing my name on them correctly. It appeared that she did not want to be doing her job by her demeanor.
Sandra was awesome to work with and was willing to take time to answer any questions I had during my first home purchase! The entire experience was great and I will use PennyMac again in my life journeys!

This was an overall excellent experience. I initially just called to get a quote for a refinance on my mortgage. I was very impressed with both Penny Mac agents I worked with. Ricardo DeCarlo Took all my information and documents on my initial call. And Sheryl Freeby called to follow up with me And keep me updated on the loan at least Once a week. Both were very professional. The whole process, from initial call to closing, was completed in less than 4 weeks.
The loan process was seamless. We received amazing service through the entire process. Each member of the PennyMac team was professional and courteous.
Quick, easy and painless. The only hiccup was the notary from the title company did not communicate well.
