Nicole was amazing and very friendly
The loan processor miscalculated my monthly payments allowing me to think my payment would be lower. The processor indicated that he will be reaching to the county to get my updated tax bill, in order to give me a correct monthly figure for my mortgage payments. However, the tax bill I received superceded the amount collected for my escrow for the 12 month period. So I'm not understanding how can the loan processor state that he reached out to the county to get my updated tax bill. My escrow off
ROBERT MCGAUGHY - had a lot of patience - worked very late at night with me with the 4 applications. Great attitude! and patience. LANA THOMAS - she has an excellent attitude. Lots of patience - too much on her plate - her family emergency made it more difficult to her to communicate quicker. DOCUMENTS TO SIGN - property addresses were not accurate my name was not accurate. SERVICELINK - very bad - I received tons of emails and phone calls about notaries coming over for signing. Annoying.

Whole process was smooth. Communication was great. My loan closed very quickly with no hassle.
Everything was done online and notary drove out to my home for signing so it was very convenient.
The process to refinance our existing mortgage with Penny Mac was seamless and efficient. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly. Even when closing was pushed back a week due to last minute cancellation of the notary, our late evening call was answered and our closing was rescheduled in a very timely manner. We had a great team to work with getting our mortgage refinanced ! Highly impressed with Penny Mac's process on refinancing ! And would do it all over again !
