Seamless and easy
Very professional. Clear explanation of the loan and closing process.
I was always updated on the process and that made the whole experience easier.
The refinancing process was supposed to be streamline. It was not. It took almost the entire 60 days of my rate lock. I learned early that I have to call and check in. I was regularly told all documents were had, only to be then told some were missing. I had to take it upon myself to call and get multiple documents one of which PennyMac lost after all documents were signed and notarized. I feel like I should receive a commission for this loan closing.
The process was completely easy. The agents were clear with instructions, professional at all times. It has been a pleasant process.
