When the first set of closing docs was presented it had errors. I sent an email back which was never responded to. So i called in numerous times to try to get this cleared up. It took 4+ calls to get straightened out. And each time I was told the docs would be updated right away and I would get a new email to esign them. That didn't happen as described. Which took more times I had to call in. It was a bit stressful to say the least.

Better communication with client and loan processor in terms of responding to emails and phone calls promptly. Have a better customer service skills and knowledge when it comes to answering questions regarding loan.

Where do I even begin... This was by far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a lender for a refi. Between the loan officer and the loan processing department I give them a zero out of 1 to 10. My loan was a simple refi that took 11 weeks to close. This was partially in part to them being so busy from having great rates but mostly from incompetence. The loan officer Karen Flores and processor Faiza need some serious retraining. I could go on and on about this. Worst experience ever!!!

Frustrating to have your closing delayed by 5 days, they gave us a ridiculous answers. The amount of the check to be written to them wasn’t given to us till 5 min before signing.
