Great experience working with Pennymac staff, everyone was very helpful and made the process very smooth even through the covid 19 pandemic.
Great and smooth processes
Very simple process. It took very little effort on my part aside from the mound of papers we all have to sign at the end, but that's expected. All the help I got was polite, to the point and felt real, not like I was just being herded through the chutes.
Chris Franklin and Michelle Boyd were always clear, courteous and professional regarding the overall process. My wife and I appreciate the quick and accurate service we received during the entire sale and follow-up services. Dave, from the Title Company, who facilitated our closing was also very courteous, thorough and professional. Overall, we would give all a 5-Star rating. Thank you.
