Sarah and the rest of her team at PM were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. The only frustrating difficulty (that was thankfully resolved near the end of the process! : ) encountered was not being able to directly contact Sarah or other particular PM members by phone for info, or in response to questions. Thanks again for everything Sarah!

Communication!! We did not receive many emails or phone calls. Also there were fees that were involved that were not communicated with me until the evening before the notary was to come. We were told not to pay the mortgage but we’re to pay some strange fee, even the notary wasn’t sure about. Nobody could answer me as to what the fee was for. Finally paid the mortgage late because we weren’t receiving any communication from your staff. So after paying the mortgage and zero communication our loan

The Process for refinancing my VA Loan was extremely easy and fairly quick considering all of the things going on in the world with Covid-19. PennyMac provided excellent service dealing with me and refinancing my loan. I would recommend them to anyone looking to refinance their loans.
