Quick refinance!
My husband and I started the refinance process with no issue. The first person we worked with was very helpful and explained the process in detail. Once the refinance was moved to a Home Loan Specialist it quickly went silent. No communication was provided from this individual and any time I tried to reach out, no phone call or email was ever returned. Horrible customer service and the whole closing process was handled very unprofessionally.
