I still have not received closing cost from PennyMac or heard from my Home Loan Specialist. I had to call the title company to get closing cost. PennyMac is a terrible. Save yourself the headache and use someone local.

During closing a problem came up about the information for a wire transfer. I tried 2 numbers at the Title company as instructed, one I left a message and the others mailbox was full. So I tried PennyMac and left 2 messages. No one from the calls ever got back to me. Instead of completing the wire that night, the next day I was looking through the papers for the third time, I noticed one page stuck to another and it was what I was looking for. I sent the transfer, but still no call back.
