We already had a loan with PennyMac and only wanted to reduce rate and refi with some equity payout. Despite the Covid 19 issues and everyone working from home, the entire process was easy through email, and rates were very competitive, more so than most other institutions. We closed on Friday and were funded on Tuesday.

They were very quick at getting my refinance completed. So quick in fact, that after my refinance was completed other companies were just getting back to me with their loan estimates. Thank you for a smooth transaction.

We were told we would have final closing disclosures 72 hours before closing. We still have not received a copy from you. Our agent had to give a copy from the title company. Rosario mainly responded to multiple email questions with one word replies and when on the phone continually tried to rush us off the line. When told she would get back with us we had to CALL her back to get the response. On closing our credit was lower than what was told us. I would not recommend or use again.
