Service met my expectations as did the outcome of lower interest rate and monthly payments.
The process was timely, accurate, efficient, and smooth.
There is way too much to type, if you want to know all of the details have a supervisor call me. I’m sure that won’t happen bc this is over and judging from past communication efforts and requests...but here are the basics Started this process first week of May, didn’t finish till June 22 Scheduled, rescheduled closing, atleast 4 times Some random persons name was in my closing documents the first time they showed up. took me over a week to find out what happened. Heard from Mona 1 time
Nathan Hoffman as a loan processor did an excellent job. There was a small hiccup in communication but everything went smooth. I do not feel the original loan officer was completely upfront between phone communication and what was sent to me via email. Despite the covid-19 epidemic things didn't go smoothly. I was able to lock-in and receive an excellent interest rate. If I had to pick one thing that I would like to see improved is better access 2 the individuals that directly handle my loan.
