Easy and quick process with feedback along the way
I had a challenging time communicating with Jason. Until, today I am still waiting on a reply for questions I asked a month ago. My closing date changed twice, do to the same error in closing documents.
I was overwhelmed at the notion of refinancing, but it couldn't have been easier. Everything just moved right along and got finished in a timely manner.

I have worked with PennyMac in the past with great results. The loan process and communication process was extremely awkward. I was sent (monthly) a closing statement showing how much was needed to pay off the original loan. The transition from the original loan official to Jacob was not smooth or communicated accurately. While overall, I am happy with my new rate, the service aspect was not clean or clear
