The closing time frame was not accurate, and end up paying two time of the amount because of the time frame for closing
Received conflicting information on closing cost. I was told an amount by one person and another amount from another. Amount in web portal was different than both amounts given. I was told by one agent I was getting money back at closing. I booked a vacation based on that information. It was in accurate I had to pay 1400 at closing. Penny Mac needs to be consistent with information provided or limited that to one point of contact.
