I have to say that everyone involved was more than courteous and joyful. I would say that is no pain in your guys game. One thing i have to say that you guys are very certain by telling me, excuse me but i have to verify who are you talking to. I give you guys a A+. Very secure system. Thanks for your service.
I began this process in March. The first loan officer apparently was removed from the case and the new one assigned did not contact me. After a few weeks of no communication, I reached out to the toll free number. It was then I was put in contact with Deion. When I spoke To Deion I indicated I wanted My own title company. That request fell on deaf ears. After another few weeks I was Contacted by my new loan officer who was not aware of my issues. This was the worst experience ever.
Every part of our refinance went smoothly. The whole process was quick and painless. Our rep, Josheph, was very kind, knowledgable, and informative. We were able to close sooner than expected too.
