The closing costs were not honestly presented. I do not believe I can make this up in three years. I never could communicate with Mohammed when I wanted. You have also sent me seven copies of the same paperwork.

Communication was beyond lacking. Our closing was pushed out and barely completed. Our seller wasn’t paid in a timely manner. Every time we called someone to ask questions, we didn’t get an answer. Cammorah Washington was unavailable lost of the time. When she said she would call, she didn’t. We kept getting tossed around from department to department. My husband, our realtor, and I were on the phone and e mailing multiple times per day trying to find out who, what, why and where for this loan.

This is the 4th home loan I have had with Penny Mac. They are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend using them! They were able to beat any interest rates from other lenders for us.
