You missed the closing date twice. It took way to long on a refinance where penny Mac was the original and new funding source. Loan officer was very late to communicate or answer direct questions. Such a disappointment.
Norma was great. She called to check in regularly. She emailed on a regular basis. Even with no changes, she kept me informed of our progress weekly. She set expectations and met them. The online features and doc signings were easy and very accessible.. It was pretty painless.
The overall loan process went very well.
If someone is in escrow they should be able to call their rep directly or chat with them on the fly. the system is to archaic and i wish not to go through his again.
