The representative, Paulette Wiley, assigned to work with us was absolutely phenomenal! She was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed from start to finish! Great experience.
Was moved around until I ended up with Lauren who was very professional. But that was 3 weeks after the process started. Started the refi on May 4th and closed 7 weeks later, June 15. This was a refi and you, PennyMac held the original loan. Provided all docs requested SAME DAY as requested. Thought this would be easier and faster.
For people to do their job correctly and promptly.

If something was need George would give a courteous call which was great. The process was almost flawless. But all in all it was a great and easy experience.
