Very smooth, never had to worry about a thing. Everything was clearly communicated.
Absolutely horrible experience. I received incorrect documents on multiple occasions and the wrong documents were provided to the notary on our closing date. Very very frustrating to speak with unlicensed staff that doesn't pay attention to details and doesn't listen to clients when they say something is wrong. I was forced to show sufficient funds for closing costs that were significantly higher than agreed up front and it took endless calls and arguing on my part to get it corrected.
