Jarett Delbene and Brittany Claypool was a pleasure to work with, Jarett made my application process very simple and explained the process in great detail. Brittany walked me through my loan process until closing, keeping updated through out the process, she is very kind, patient and understanding. The PennyMac team is very knowledgeable about there products and services. Overall, the customer service I received is Amazing!
