As soon as I showed interest in refinancing my home with PennyMac, I was contacted by the loan specialist and from there on things went fairly smooth. There was one hiccup, but that was resolved and things got back on tract and I signed with the Notary the next week. I appreciate everyone that was involved in my refinance.

My closing documents were inaccurate several times. My final closing document that I received was different from the one presented to me at the closing table as well.

It was honestly the worse experience we have ever had. When things got really bad we had to call honestly every few hours and spoke to a different person each time. We had to start from the beginning. We asked numerous times to have our loan officer and processor to call us directly. They never did. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
