Nancy Olivas and Jeffrey Benyo were excellent. Jeffrey set the tone for great service initially and he was the one that had to gather all of my info. He was professional, witty and a joy to speak with. Nancy was super communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had. Clear communication and expectations were outlined very early. Timeline was adhered to and the customer service was excellent even through a few hiccups. First rate lender from day 1 I cancelled another refinance that was in process to go with PennyMac . Thank you!

Faster loan process and better updates in the progress. After we entered the loan approval phase, it took 6-7 weeks to get approval. So long that I was concerned about the 60 day rate lock. It is unclear why the process took so long and was never communicated clearly to me, even after it was approved. I had to request contact with a manager. Once I spoke to the manager, the loan was approved the next day.

It is a process with all the signing but the paperwork was thorough and there was no needing to backtrack to get any information. Having everything on a disc is nice.
