Tim did an amazing job. He always called to let me know what was needed and backed those calls with emails that let me know exactly what I needed to do. The refinance was faster than I anticipated. Overall Tim and the pennymac team did a quality job and I would recommend them to anyone.

In view of the Covid 19 difficulties, Drew Schmelig did a really good job. My problems were in that getting information or news from others was very difficult. Like a last minute employment verification to prove that I am still employed by my own LLC. A refi of an existing PennyMac loan should not take two months. It took four scheduled closing dates to get a notary to finish closing. An emergency notary came at 7pm after the 4th notary no show and a threat to take the loan elsewhere.

Moe Bannat quickly got the process started and had all forms completed. He explained the next steps and everything seemed to flow fairly smoothly. Only problem I had was that I received automated messages that I needed to complete forms that showed to be completed on the website. Finally got a message that everything was on track to a quick closure.
