I applied online and never heard anything until I called. Once I called, I basically had to go through all of the questions I had already answered online. After that things went smoothly - until closing - when it was canceled b/c closing documents weren't ready (all last minute). Then no one called me to reschedule and when I called you - my rep couldnt do it b/c according to the system, we had already closed - so, he had to get management to override it.

Everyone on the financing team was knowledgeable about helping me to understand the figures and how the process work, why the closing cost was the amount it was. Very good about explaining and breaking every thing down, so it made sense to me. The closing went, well and very quickly, just as promise! One thing I know they will never sell my loan to some other lender. Thank you very much,

Each rep I worked with during this process was exceedingly helpful. From Floyd to initiate, to Nate Hoffman for the remainder, I felt valued. All of this was done during the pandemic with reps working from home and I didn’t feel any disconnects due to that. Even to the notary who came to my home to finalize, this was a good experience.
