The one thing I was disappointed with was that I was told to pay the June payment and then was told on June first it wasn’t necessary. I have automatic payments setup for the due date and it was already on the way to being posted. Otherwise, we are very happy! Thank you. Christine
My experience was simply positive. It began with a call inquiring about refinancing. I was assigned a licensed real estate agent with expertise in my state. I was offered several options accompanied with interest rates and full explanations. After selecting an appealing option, a team of professionals guided me through the application process, a review of important documents, compiled them and sent all closing information to me directly by a certified notary. The loan approval followed.
This is my second time refinancing with PennyMac and we love the none pushy approach by the either MAC Family. They answered all of our question in a timely manner and made this experience stress free from start to finish. I know the Closing team is not officially apart of the MAC family but they did an outstanding job also. When there was an error or something we didn't understand she explained it to us and made us feel at ease. Thank you so much.

Nancy Olivas was a pleasure to work with and we had no issues with her. We had multiple issues with our original loan officer. Once he was replaced, communication and documents were corrected very quickly.
The people I was able to speak with were nice, but I had a few problems: * our account & some documents were linked with a guy in Texas. His info was accessible via our portal. I received his loan docs and his decline. I did not feel my personal information or his was protected. I told many people at penny Mac. Nothing was ever done & only Faiza seemed to care or think it was a big deal. * our loan didn’t close within 60 days. * I was told 2nd mortgage would be a check sent to me. It wasnt
