Weekly updates were great. Some misinformation in that I wasn’t initially told I needed a witness at signing—just that a notary would come to my house— so had to scramble to find someone. Process took a long time but that wasn’t PennyMac’s fault. Initially was told didn’t need any documents, then that I needed an insurance document, but then when I called they said I didn’t need one, but then it turned out that I did. Also, was requested for me to upload my W2 and pay stubs even twice.

The entire process was very very easy, pleasant, and exceeded expectations. Communication was outstanding during the entire process, and we closed much faster than expected. We are very happy with the entire process and everyone with your organization. Thank you again for your efforts.

Cannot get in touch with loan officers by phone or email directly. Loan officer returns call based on when she gets my message and therefore the calls are random and disruptive to my schedule (ie when I am in meetings etc). Loan documents requested have no explanation or weird titles and I cannot call anyone to verify or ask a question
