Martha should have had better communication with loan officer. Because of the lack of communication I was forced to send numerous amount of documents multiple times

Fast Response and gave the best interest rate
I was told I would receive a check the following Tuesday it's now been over a week still nothing. Also the check is going to be $1000 difference according to closing documents. It would be nice to communicate with the loan officer and not given a generic number. I understand that is penny mac's fault and not the loan officer. My loan changed mutliple times. And closing took over 2 months.
