Poor planning and misinformation about the closing process almost lead us to having to delay our signing. We had to escalate to a manager to get situation resolved. In addition our initial closing disclosure paperwork was incorrect. Really felt like we were working with a fresh, inexperienced team. Not thrilled with how PennyMac determined the value of our home in the process. Please contact me for additional information.

Not only was Penny Mac able to beat the other two loan estimates I received but they were able to make the process so easy. Any question I had was promptly answered in a professional way. I am shocked how easy and quickly the loan was completed. Jamie Write and Anthony Soto are the best in the business. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Penny Mac

Jamie Wright was excellent, but the number of documents requested and the number of times that I had to submit the same document were irritating. It felt like a very compartmentalized organization that didn't communicate with each other very well. I did feel that the overall fees were good and that is why I will refer others to your service. I have already done so.
