I was never contacted once, even when documents were needed. I never recieved ab email for them either. I had to call every other day to check status myself and to schedule closing. Huge lack of communication.

I think i was lied to about the rate I was eligible for. I guess trustworthiness is a metric you should survey for, bc I don't feel how the calculations for rates and fees were transparently derived, but I'm too busy to fight. I think those numbers are mostly arbitrary and can change on the whim of the person putting them together.

With the rate environment, the volumes of loans were higher so the process to close took longer. But overall the penny Mac experience was good. The portal was easy to use and the PennyMac loan team were helpful and responsive.
