We never once actually spoke with Alexis Goodman. We called and left messages, and replied to emails but never got a response from Alexis. The other PennyMac employees that we did speak to were extremely helpful, including Eric Aron, but we felt there was a delay and some miscommunication since we were trying to respond from correspondence initiated by Alexis.
It was a very smooth process. I typically would never have thought I could have done all of this over the phone and via email, but it was handled so professionally. The initial application process went through so so smoothly.
