Lack of communication between department and coworkers.
I was very happy with the service I received from PennyMac! My lender team answered all of my questions and they worked efficiently to process my loan.
Very professional team. There were some small dicrepansis due to I paid the mortgage for the month of June some the numbers didn't really match on the disclosure but at the end is all well. The process went smoothly and faster than I expected, great job PennyMac team .
Application and approval process fast despite covid-19 constraints. The website for uploading documents does need to be more user friendly.
there were lot of missed questions to be answered. not timely responses many time. had to wait a lot and call back to customer support for follow up. there is still missing details that i need answered. appraisal report not sent to me. requested it 2 times then i got it through. PMI estimate drop off duration details still not communicated at this point.
