The Pennymac Team concept helped to make the experience a good one. If we gould not reach a person, there was an alternate team member that we could speak with that had access to our file and could provide us immediate information on our refinance application.

I asked questions for clarity that went unanswered. I asked for documentation that I did not receive. I still don't know the exact dollar amount due to me at close or what will happen to my money. I've been advised to continue to pay mortgage under the old loan and don't believe my closing disclosure shows an accurate pay of. I talked to Sara only once and my loan officer stop replying. I understand that we have a world crisis going on but you still have customers to service.
