Our experience with PennyMac for our Refi went so smooth, from the time of first call requesting information to the signatures at the end. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly, all the processes were clear, and the online portals were easy to use. Even during these busy times and with COVID-19 issues, we were still able to close on time. I would use PennyMac again in the future and recommend them highly.

The process was easy and hassle free. the team was very personable and caring. the closing was delayed by a few days because my name was misspelled but it still worked out fine. i was a little disappointed with the rate I got because rates dropped more than 25bps while aí was waiting to close and I asked if we could reajuste the rate but there was no response. overall a great process.

Paulette was very open and honest with us. There were no surprises at closing. She kept regular communication with us and was quick with finding out any answers to questions we came up with. overall, it was a pleasant and smooth process.
The entire process was quick and painless. Everyone I dealt with on the PennyMac team was kind and knowledgeable.
Quicker responses to emails. Better communication between staff for things like appraisals and documentation. Better clarification on where or who to email when replying to emails. Almost 3 months to close.
Very easy process, the assistance was great and very informative, excellent interaction from associates, never had to wonder what was going on, was kept up to date very fast, we are extremely happy !!
