In general it was a good experience, but I was asked for the same documents more than 1 time. In addition my preferred mode of communication was not respected. Mr. Lee was good at keeping me informed, but he kept calling instead of sending e-mails. I also trusted the system to submit documents better than emailing them to Mr. Lee, but I was asked to emailing them instead.
Everything was easy and straightforward. Communication was prompt and clear.
Ok, so I have been a Quicken Loans customer for many years and was very satisfied with the service. And happened to call Pennymac after the loan was sold to PM to inquire about a refinance, and within minutes I was done!!! Who needs a rocket when you can use a transporter! Great job team PennyMac.
