My closing date and time was scheduled and then we received a call 1 hour prior to the scheduled time to cancel.
We can't thank Jan Farag and Penny Mac enough. Jan has been extremely courteous and very professional. Always available to return our phone call to answer any question that we had. From start to finish, PennyMac made my refinancing a breeze. Ajanay kept me in the loop with any and all updates and would even check in with me just to say hello and let me know that things were moving along. If I ever had a question, Ajanay would promptly reach out to me to explain. I thought refinancing would be a pain and have a lot of loop holes but PennyMac made the process easy and Ajanay was a great contact to have along the way.
Working with Penny Mac was a great experience. Both Carmelita and Saviz walked us through the process and answered all our questions and concerns thoroughly. We felt that we were guided through the process very well. They were patient and did not rush us through this. They do their jobs very well and really puts the customer at ease and makes them feel confident and comfortable with their decision.
It was great working with Molly and My M.A.C Team. They are knowledgeable and very courteous. I appreciated how she set the expectations from the beginning and made sure I understood each step of the process.
