I would prefer one person assigned to my account. I know Rachel was my contact but when I called I kept getting different people. They kept saying they could help me but I wanted to talk to one person. She did get me the answers I needed but the process was phone tag crazy. It took much longer than I expected especially when my mortgage with PennyMac and I was doing a cash out refinance with you.

Mariley was very nice when I spoke with her, however most communication was initiated by me. And maybe that’s the way it should be because I was the one pursuing the refinance. Also the fact that there are many people taking advantage the low interest rates could have also impacted her availability to reach out and initiate contact with me. Overall the experience was pretty easy and again Mariley was very nice and patient when we spoke.
