When I first was switched over to PennyMac, I hated it. No one knew what they were doing and the customer service was horrible. But that has changed. This whole experience was easy to go through and everyone was very knowledgeable. I can honestly say because of this experience that I would now recommend PennyMac to others.

This is my first time owning a house. I was told this loan would come with me being able to skip 2 of my monthly payments. I didn't learn I would not get to skip 2 months. I only got to skip 1 month because I closed after the 15 th my notery told me during my closing signing. I was a little unhappy about that. It was one of the selling points that helped push me into the refinance. It was durning the Corona Virus pandimic. This could have helped considerably at this time.

PennyMac's process was fast and easy and Deborah and her team were really helpful and communicating with me and I got an email or a phone call once a week to tell me where the process was I would do it again

The experience was great the only unexpected thing was we were going to bring four dollars to closing and ended up having to bring $84 to closing which is still great that was the only glitch in the whole thing and it was very fast and easy to complete plus we got to skip a house payment yay!!

Phone calls were answered promptly. I do not enjoy sitting on hold. Anna did a wonderful job navigating the complexities of the process. Good job Anna.

Loan terms were changed multiple times (unfavorably) without any communication. It took more than a month for Penny Mac to decide to honor the original terms. I have no complaints about Faiza.

I asked for my appraisal about 10 times and never saw paperwork until I signed documents. The loan advisor Will was happy to start the process so he could get paid but anytime I asked questions he was very short and not helpful. When I called the mac team nobody ever answered and long wait times. Communication was poorly designed. Hilda was fine, but I submitted everything but they kept needing more documents. It was a cluster probably covid19, I guess. Ill make sure I pay you, thanks for a loan
