The initial phone call with Amir was relaxed but informative. He took his time with us. We then appreciated having Linda Frazier as our one contact ,once we began the re-fi process. She kept us well informed along the way and answered all the questions we had. All in all it was a painless process. Thank you, Penny Mac, and Linda.

I enjoyed the process
The process went smoothly and there there was always good communication of the loan process. John and the PennyMac team took their time to answer all my questions.
I have the loan docs provided by the mobile notary, but I have yet to see documents on my PennyMac online account and FINAL closing documents. Still waiting.
