The process went quickly and smoothly. I was given updates weekly so that I knew exactly what was happening with my loan.
Jason staples made my refinance process a breeze. He was very detailed when explaining the whole process and paperwork. If I didn’t understand something he would explain it so I could understand it. Long arduous process. I asked for a different closing agent multiple times in the process. I haven't spoken to my closing agent in over 2 weeks and have been piecing information from random agents I'm calling into. I requested calls for confirmation on various aspects and COULD NOT convince my agent to do his job. My tax documents at a point I was told I didn't need, then 2 weeks before the second closing date that my documents were wrong because I didn't have this document.
