At the beginning of the process, I had a hard time getting thru because of the high volume of calls. So I left a message and it wasn't long before I was contacted. Once the process began everything went smoothly and quick. I was constantly updated on all matters concerning the loan process and closing. I thank all who were involved in my refinancing.

Loan process was easy and they meet my needs throughout the process.
They need to do a better job at sending your loan closing disclosure to you with the right figures we had it sent three times wrong and figures didn't match what was agreed upon points were added close to thousand dollars more and tax calculations are a few thousand off and considering I'm already a customer and they received my payments already there should be no excuse for this
