Ok, so I have been a Quicken Loans customer for many years and was very satisfied with the service. From start to finish, PennyMac made my refinancing a breeze. Ajanay kept me in the loop with any and all updates and would even check in with me just to say hello and let me know that things were moving along. If I ever had a question, Ajanay would promptly reach out to me to explain. I thought refinancing would be a pain and have a lot of loop holes but PennyMac made the process easy and Ajanay was a great contact to have along the way.
Working with Penny Mac was a great experience. Both Carmelita and Saviz walked us through the process and answered all our questions and concerns thoroughly. We felt that we were guided through the process very well. They were patient and did not rush us through this. They do their jobs very well and really puts the customer at ease and makes them feel confident and comfortable with their decision.
This was by far so easy to refinance my home. Everyone was great when speaking with the reps. It was a pleasant experience. Brittany kept me informed all doing the process. She was GREAT!! Thanks to all who assist
