Hello there, I personally like my Closing agent , Lauren , she is great on what she doing, she is willing to listen to my concerns and try to go extra miles to solve it for me. I probably won't close this loan without her. Also, I want to thank Brandon for his extensive work on giving me a good rate. I am quoting it JUST OK mainly because of Appraisal company that you're using. They are giving my property value much, much lower than market value. They're not trustworthy company .

We decided to refinance our home and cash out some of our equity to do some home improvements. Penny Mac was a pleasure to work with and made the process easy. We are going to our money a few weeks sooner than expected, and will be starting our remodeling next week. A special thanks to Clinton Harris for walking us through the loan process and giving outstanding advice.

Cammorah was clear and concise in her communication's with us all the way through the entire process. She was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed weekly, until we got with in a week of closing and then it was almost a daily update! There were a few little snags, however the entire issue was outside of the scope of her control and we knew this. All issues were resolved quickly and we closed and moved into our "Forever Home" on the 22nd of May 2020. John & Liz Hallahan

Ensure that the closing documents are accurate the first time. When closing documents are signed twice because the loan amount was wrong is not a good way of doing business. The underwriters should double check and have a supervisor check this PRIOR to the customer signing. Wait times for talking to someone about a loan have been horrible during this process also. I understand about the rates being low but if your company needs more employees please hire them to get through this.
