There were phone calls (messages left), I was told was sent to reach out to me that I did not receive by multiple people. Later findings, is that there was an unknown number in their system.

I was shopping for a refi and looking for some cash back. Was told by the officer on the phone that we would get almost $1,500 back from our escrow balance - this put us close to what we wanted back, so we stayed with Penny Mac instead of another mortgage company. We only received a $500 escrow check. I emailed my dissatisfaction back on Monday, 5/18 and have yet to receive a call or email back almost a week later.
Amazing! The process was very quick and easy. I was able to get my house refinanced in less than 30 days. The team was awesome with communications and updating me throughout the whole process. I was blessed to be able to refinance for the number of years requested and received a better rate than I expected. I would like to send a special thanks to Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Reid and the entire Team that assisted me in this process. I Would also like to thank Mrs. James from the title company.

Great experience. Everyone worked together and quickly to get it done. Couple of minor confusions but that was mostly due to the way Texas state laws work. Overall a great experience.
