Our refinance from PennyMac to PennyMac was seamless and effortless. Everything was done quickly and all our questions were answered in a timely manner.
From setting up the loan to the final approval of loan, there was lack of communication about the process, change in lock in points rate and lack of response from penny mac’s representatives in a timely fashion. This was a terrible experience.
Great process. A little confusing as the loan amount changes slightly through closing to account for payments made during the process and other details, but overall as expected.
This was the easiest time ever in refinancing this loan. From the start to the finish . No overload of paperwork to send in. Only what was needed.
