Easy process with great support! Refinancing was gone faster than I expected it to be.
Communication was incredibly poor on the part of pennymac representatives, primarily Martha Masuda. She would send me emails with what appeared to be computer generated emails asking for rendundant information that I had already provided to Nathan or where the text was vague that it was difficult to understand what she was trying to say. I've purchased other homes where I dealt with one person the entire time. That made things a lot easier. Dealing with random representatives who are unfamiliar
