The refinancing process through PennyMac was simple, quick and the staff were very informative!
We did not communicate directly with Ammie at all. The loan officer who generated our loan, Chris Porter was very good and he answered most of our questions along the way. I just received a notification to sign and review closing documents, however, we were not provided authorization code.
Mara was very slow in getting back to me. She also gave me the wrong information about closing. The rest of the team was great, but getting the wrong information on closing put a sour taste in my mouth.
All I could say is it was a great experience and I would totally recommend it to friends and families.
