Tho whom, it may concern. I'm very pleased with my refinance. Monica Ochoa, and Jamie wright very helpful. I was unsure on which mortgage lender I wanted to use. I called BB&T and Penny Mac. It was Monica Ochoa, that kept calling me and I'm quoting her " I'm willing to match or beat their offer". She would even call on Saturday to make sure I was going with Penny Mac. She even told me to sit back and let the Mac Team handle any request. To everyone at Penny Mac.Thank you, Ronald Collins.

With the current situation due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it would have been more helpful if your staff got better support from their supervisor's that had authority to correct errors in the documentation and charges that should not have been applied to the closing documents. There was no one to talk to get it resolved. We had better communication and follow up with the closing company who also expressed concerns about lack of communication and responsiveness.

Not sure who's fault, but coosing was supposed to be Mat 5th and notary said was unable to get documents. Also was told would get $2000 at closing, but when signing documents was $600. Verified the prior week the $2k, so surprised, but didn't want paperwork delayed even more so just signed docs.
