Very pleasant and quick experience. The communication was prompt and very helpful.

Everything closed on-time. However it was extremely hard initially to get someone to call me back to get the process going. And once we started it was extremely hard to get a call back, response, email or any communication answered if you had a question.
A much better experience than we've had in the past!

This is my second loan with penny Mac and it’s been a breeze each time I work a lot and they make it easy for me to communicate and get paperwork signed or filed in a way that works around my schedule with no hassle I trust penny Mac for my home loans and would come fi them again
Communication. Promptness in response. Knowledge of loan type and questions relative to that loan type. Recommendation of time for closing when first appointment didn’t work was awful and a second failure.... third time was a charm though. Carlton was available for me only and never my husband, then, at the end when we voiced how awful the process was he was never available for either of us.
